Thank you for shopping with True Design! We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, we are here to help.

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
  • It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request the return: Contact us at karen@mytruedesign.com to initiate the process.
  2. Get your label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship the item: Please mail your item to:

  1. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Damages and Issues
  3. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at karen@mytruedesign.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
  5. Certain types of items cannot be returned:
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases)
  • Sale items and gift cards (all sale items and gift cards are final sale)

  2. Exchanges
  3. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
  4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
  5. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility requirements (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase).
  6. Refunds
  7. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved.
  8. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  9. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at karen@mytruedesign.com.
